I think I will find it just a little hard to come up with something important to write about each day. So don't hold me to a daily new blog. I do need your help. Suggestions for things you would like to see addressed would be most welcomed at this time. I know that I get asked the same questions in varying words, over and over. That is simply because each time a newbie, not meant to be an insultive word, begins this protocol, they may or may not have done the amount of research needed to feel comfortable. This can't be said enough.....This protocol must be taken seriously. You cannot go into it without having done the reading and research. We can't do it for you. You need to spend a good hour and a half reading Pounds and Inches, even if it is boring and you don't understand it completely. It will begin to make sense as you go forth in the diet. It is a good idea to print a copy so you can highlight and underline important things in it. And if you have not joined in on our facebook page, you should go there and read. So many have posted their personal victories. Some have had to post their personal downfalls. But all have the same opportunity to drop the pounds and they are happy to share that with the world. We also have recipes posted in the discussion tab for P2 (phase 2) and P3 (phase 3).
So, help me out. Give me your ideas for writing. What do you want to read about concerning hCG? What do you feel does not get enough attention. We are here for you. God put me in this business to help people. I really care about you all and share in your joy as you lose the weight and become a healthier you.
1 Peter 5:7
Casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.

I find myself sitting here wondering what in the heck to do now. Our first attempt at selling hCG was very well recieved and our new product line will prove to be just as exciting once it is ready. Many of you were transformed by beginning the protocol. And a very great amount of you stuck to not going back to your old ways. You figured out that your old ways are what made you gain the weight to begin with. I am so proud of each and everyone of you. Even those of you that were not able to finish this journey. You at least recognized that you needed to do something about getting healthy. I know that hCG is not for everyone. You have to desire the weight loss more than anything. You have to have hit your bottom......"I can't stand this weight one more minute". And then you need to adhere to this protocol as if your life depended on it. Food is truely an addiction. We have so many additives that are put in our foods to make it taste so darned good. But even more than that, it does create the need to eat it over and over. Once you have successfully used hCG and have detoxed, you will find that you don't really want that stuff. However, the very first time you start eating it again, the alarms in your body go off. It begins to want it, to crave it, to need it. Sound familiar? I am also guilty as charged. I allowed stress to rule my food choices. Guess who is on protocol right now to lose the 17+lb gain I had. Am I disappointed? You betcha! Am I feeling like a loser? Ding Ding!! So now what ? Hey, that's the title of today's blog. Well, I began another round of hCG. My VLCD started on Wednesday. In just a few days, I already feel lighter, have a happier outlook, and have a confidence building in me that comes from knowing I am amongst others that know exactly what I am talking about.
I must admit, this is the first time I have ever "blogged" and I do not know where it will take me. But if I am able to encourage, help, or support just a few people that were in the same boat I was in 60lbs ago, I know I am in the right place. Let's do this together. The bible says "For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst" Matt 18:20. I am hoping that there will be many of you that will gather under the cloak of the Father. He is an ever present help in a time of need. I need Him so much during this journey of life but I really appreciate His help when I am on protocol.
