What would be helpful?

Posted by [email protected] on August 7, 2011 at 3:15 PM

I think I will find it just a little hard to come up with something important to write about each day. So don't hold me to a daily new blog.  I do need your help.  Suggestions for things you would like to see addressed would be most welcomed at this time.  I know that I get asked the same questions in varying words, over and over.  That is simply because each time a newbie, not meant to be an insultive word, begins this protocol, they may or may not have done the amount of research needed to feel comfortable.  This can't be said enough.....This protocol must be taken seriously.  You cannot go into it without having done the reading and research.  We can't do it for you.  You need to spend a good hour and a half reading Pounds and Inches, even if it is boring and you don't understand it completely.  It will begin to make sense as you go forth in the diet.  It is a good idea to print a copy so you can highlight and underline important things in it.  And if you have not joined in on our facebook page, you should go there and read.  So many have posted their personal victories.  Some have had to post their personal downfalls.  But all have the same opportunity to drop the pounds and they are happy to share that with the world.  We also have recipes posted in the discussion tab for P2 (phase 2) and P3 (phase 3).

So, help me out.  Give me your ideas for writing.  What do you want to read about concerning hCG?  What do you feel does not get enough attention.  We are here for you.  God put me in this business to help people. I really care about you all and share in your joy as you lose the weight and become a healthier you.

1 Peter 5:7

Casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.

Yikes, Tammie. What a BIG assignment you have given me. Is that the teacher in you?

Lol, well I do ask my college level students to research as much as possible and they don't. This has been my biggest issue... maintaining. Guess a layoff from a job didn't help things, but I am feeling good again about getting it back off......

No they do not seem to be reading the blog. I haven't wanted to put a lot of time here until it gets going.

I am on Phase 2, day 20. Up until day 16, I had lost 18 lbs, but I succumbed to a lunch invitation and ate Rotisserie chicken, baked apples, and mashed potatoes from Boston Market on day 16 . . . no additional food that day. I have not lost a single lb in 4 days (no additional cheating since day 16). Is that normal, and is there anything I can do to get things going back in the right direction?

It can take up to 7 days for you to start seeing a loss again. Good reason to stay strict, right? Drink 70-80 oz of pure water (or More) everyday. After 5 days you could do an apple day but honestly, it will get going on it's own again soon. Just learn from your experience. You can do this. And a better place to ask questions is on our Better Health hCG facebook page. We have 6 coaches ready to help you. Hang in there. It will get better.

Would be helpful if we could order products on line. Why can't we?

Because we are a small company, the fees for credit/debit transactions are very high for us. We decided to offer our product at a low cost and get prepayment from each client. I know that may seem to be an inconvenience but we decided the clients we work with appreciate a superior quality product at very affordable prices. We hope you will agree with us.
